1. General Policy
At Scan4Connect Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we offer a strict No Refund Policy for all purchases of our QR stickers and associated services. Due to the unique nature of the encrypted physical stickers and the immediate activation of the privacy network, all sales are final.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
While we do not offer refunds, we stand by the quality of our product. If your QR sticker arrives damaged, misprinted, or is unreadable due to a manufacturing defect upon delivery, we will replace it free of charge.
To request a replacement for a defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic proof of the defect.
3. Lost or Stolen Stickers
We are not responsible for QR stickers that are lost, stolen, or damaged after successful delivery and application. In such events, a new sticker must be purchased.
